M winter germinated these outside. Planted under apple tree and large flower bed.

aka Jupiter’s Beard, Keys to Heaven. Sown 12.3.08, for the boxes as well as the meadow..
Update: planted in white bed.

Moved to the end of the kidney shaped bed in the Autumn08.

sown 22.3.08, for the dry borders, beds as well as the meadow..
Update: planted in dry beds, no dig, large bed.

Echinacea purpurea ‘White Swan’. M grew these from seed, purchased from Thomspon and Morgan in 2006. Planted in long dry bed during 2006.

M seeded these 12.3.08 upstairs, first they were planted to window boxes on terrace where they stayed until Autumn, now they have been moved to beds near Oak tree.

sown 23.3.08. No petals just large green septals!
